Overall, the hat fitment and comfort are great, embroidery is good, and overall I am pleased with it. However, I was looking for a hat with a lower crown. If e4hats had ball caps with a slightly lower crown, I would definitely buy again.

The hat fit great and the quality is excellent
The quality of the hat has changed from the first time I ordered. The bill is longer and the crown is larger. The tags on the inside indicates two different manufacturers. The specifications on the hats have changed from the first order to the most recent. I most likely will not be ordering hats from your business in the future.
Not only was this hat great for the money paid, but even more importantly, the customer service was awesome. I had accidentally mixed the address up on my order and when I called and emailed to have it resolved, there was no extra charge and the customer service team was eager to help me. Definitely will purchase from here again!
All 3 hats I ordered are good quality and just as advertised.
