Not a flat bill. If you do not like item “they will refund once they receive the item back” but there is no tracking to the return and you will need to pay your own return label. So far have not received refund
What I truly like about your caps are that they are stiff and do not fall in .. More importantly they support the New York State Troopers .
The last white cap i received is not strong like the last last 4 I purchased . I does not look or feel the same .its made by a different company .

As a fairly new resident of MN, this is exactly the hat I was looking for. Maybe not the one for when it’s 20 below, but otherwise perfect for all other seasons. Also had no problem with delivery.
I live the low profile. Its hard to find this style of hat anymore.
Cap material and construction are excellent. My only criticism is admittedly petty - the embroidered kayaker appears to be using a canoe, not a kayak, paddle (single blade) and holding the paddle too high above the water to be functional. But, I really like the cap.
False advertising. I received a completely different shaped hat than what I ordered. Not even the same brand hat shown. In the pictures it says they are otto brand. The hat I received is a nissi cap. When people order something they should get what is advertised. Not happy with this order at all. The hat looks ridiculous
