Pilgrim Jim I wear a 7 1/2 to 7 5/8 in sized hats and very often adjustables are too small. These caps by Otto fit my xl head very well without being too big, as are the 2xl to 3xls. They're also 100% cotton in case anyone's interested. Overall, very good value.
